Margot Atwell has over a decade of experience with creative, nonprofit, and community fundraising. As Head of Publishing at Kickstarter, she helped over a thousand writers, publishers, comic artists, journalists, and literary organizations raise tens of millions of dollars and build community connections on Kickstarter.

She also has experience writing and overseeing successful nonprofit grant applications, and leading other community funding campaigns as part of Gotham Roller Derby and the Feminist Press.
